Lusa, the Portuguese News Agency, celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
As the only news agency in the country, the largest Portuguese-language agency in the world and the country's largest supplier of news images, Lusa has prepared a Travelling Photography Exhibition, featuring 40 iconic photographs from recent decades.
40 Years | 40 Photographs opened on 26 May at the Assembleia da República (Portuguese Parliament), before touring several cities across the country.
The Exhibition is on show in Porto, until 10 July, at the Casa dos Vinhos Verdes - Palacete Silva Monteiro.
The images by Lusa's photojournalists offer a historical journey through the events that shaped the last 40 years.
