The Monverde Hotel project came to life amid the grapes and vines of Quinta da Lixa, arising from our conversations, inspirations, and aspirations. The initial plan was to have a large house for our wine-loving friends, but as time went on, brick by brick, it grew, took root, and became a serious endeavor.
