Quinta de Paços - Activities and Visits
Quinta de Paços Sociedade Agrícola, Lda is a typical Minho manor house located in the historic parish of Rio Covo, Santa Eulália (first mentioned in records from the tenth century). The earliest references to the existence of Quinta de Paços (Rio Covo, Santa Eulália) and to its owners date back to the sixteenth century.
Quinta de Paços has been in the same family for over 500 years and at least 16 generations.
The wines produced on the estate have revived the old Minho traditions, while simultaneously being innovative and disruptive.
The wine we produce is thus our way of conveying how we experience the world, as well as living centuries-old traditions and culture.
Our wine tourism area comprises two tasting rooms for either small or large groups (up to 50 people—complete with full reduced-mobility access). Guests can also visit the estate’s chapel and the surrounding vineyards.
